7 Fruit-Infused Water Recipes for Fresh Hydration
Juicy peach, bright raspberries, fresh lemon, and sparkling water come together in this simple mocktail. It looks elegant enough for a baby shower or brunch, yet takes only a few minutes to make.
Ingredients for two drinks
- ½ ripe peach, thinly sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- Ice and mint, optional
Directions
- Place half the raspberries, peach slices, lemon juice, and honey in a small jug. Gently muddle just enough to release the juices.
- Divide the fruit mixture between two ice-filled glasses.
- Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
- Add remaining raspberries and a small mint sprig, then serve immediately.
Make it your own
For a stronger peach flavor, add two tablespoons peach nectar. For a softer citrus note, use orange juice in place of half the lemon juice. Frozen raspberries work too—let them thaw for five minutes before muddling.
Serving tip
Use very cold sparkling water and add it last. That keeps the fizz lively and gives the drink its light, celebratory feel.
