7 Fruit-Infused Water Recipes for Fresh Hydration
Fresh orange, grapefruit, lemon, and rosemary make a crisp, colorful mocktail that works beautifully at brunch, a dinner party, or a relaxed afternoon at home. It is easy to scale up for a pitcher too.
Ingredients for two drinks
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
- 1 small rosemary sprig
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice, orange slices, and grapefruit slices
Method
- Place rosemary and honey in a jug. Press gently to release the aroma.
- Add orange, grapefruit, and lemon juice. Stir until the honey dissolves.
- Fill two glasses with ice and citrus slices.
- Divide the juice mixture between the glasses and top with sparkling water.
- Stir once gently and serve immediately.
Party pitcher
Multiply the juice and sweetener by four, but add sparkling water only just before serving. Keep ice separately so the pitcher stays fresh.
Flavor swaps
Try basil instead of rosemary, add pomegranate seeds, or use mandarin juice for a sweeter drink. For a less tart version, reduce lemon to one tablespoon.
